We continually seek to improve our professionalism and service to our customers. Every detail is reviewed on a regular basis and monitored to improve and insure world-class results for all of our repaired, refurbished, and installed slate roofs.

Every potential customer that schedules an inspection receives a Photo Condition Report. This includes up-close photos of all areas of your roof which may require immediate attention or conditions that should be addressed in the future. Written descriptions beneath the photos explain the concern or need. We also provide typed proposals detailing the scope of work to be performed.

Donna Granger

Donna is our office manager and handles scheduling of estimates/proposals and all customer relations. 

Donna has been with Leeland's since 2008.
Joe Smith, Operations Manager, Leeland's Slate Roofs

Joe Smith

Joe started in 2007 as our manager of the New York operations in Geneva N.Y. where he lives with his wife and children. 

In 2013 Joe was promoted to our position of Operations Manager and is in charge of all field personnel and project coordination.

Sherry Swope

Sherry is our newest team member and she is responsible for our bookkeeping.

Training

Our school includes full size mock-ups that allow us to train our new team members on a mock up. This means we make sure our team is fully trained and not training for their first time on your roof. 

We have developed a written curriculum with written tests to insure that team members have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the trade.
